摘    要：劳动教育是当今素质教育的重要组成部分，是学校开展教育工作不可忽视的一环，也是培养当代学生发展核心素养的重要举措之一，对促进学生的全面发展有着及其重要的意义。然而，在新时期的背景下，随着社会经济的快速发展和社会人口结构的变化，社会对劳动的认知也在发生着改变。劳动的教育意义和实践价值没有得到社会的肯定。

本研究立足于小学的劳动教育，通过分析目前当前小学劳动教育的现状，提出了解决小学生劳动教育问题的建议，主要有几个方面：第一，改变传统的劳动观和学生成才观；第二，通过建立保障机制、明确实施途径、优化教学资源、转变教学方式等方式来确保劳动教育的落实；第三，要通过家庭、学校和社会三者之间的联系，三者通力合作，形成劳动教育合力，共同创造良好的劳动教育环境。

Abstract：Labor education is an important part of quality education today, is a necessary part of school education work can not be ignored, is also one of the important measures for cultivating the students' development core literacy, to promote students' all-round development is and its important significance.

However, in the context of the new era, with the rapid development of social economy and the change of social population structure, the cognition of labor is also changing. The education meaning and practical value of labor are not recognized by the society.

This study based on labor education of elementary school, through the analysis of the current situation of the current primary school labor education, puts forward the Suggestions to solve the problem of student labor education, mainly has several aspects: first, change the traditional concept of labor ; Second, we will ensure the implementation of education through the establishment of the guarantee mechanism, the clear implementation approach, the optimization of teaching resources and the transformation of teaching methods. （一）研究背景

生命与劳动是不可分割的综合体，人类生命的力量与活力来自于一定的劳动。人类在劳动中谋求生存与发展，在劳动经验与劳动知识技能的传授中产生了劳动教育。脱离劳动、没有劳动，就没有、也不可能有教育。劳动教育可以说是促进学生良好素质形成的催化剂，是培养学生全面发展的一条重要途径。在今天，劳动教育同样也是素质教育中必不可少的一环。
