摘要:目的:通过调查杭州师范大学在校学生的膳食摄入情况,了解其钙摄入情况以及对钙相关知识的认知现状,探究影响大学生摄入钙的影响因素,为大学生的营养干预提供基础信息。方法:本研究采用方便抽样的方法从杭州师范大学仓前校区和下沙校区抽取390位学生进行问卷调查,调查内容分为一般情况和钙消费情况调查两部分。钙消费情况调查内容包括钙相关营养知识、钙相关消费习惯、个人饮食习惯和食物频率调查四部分。食物频率调查的问题设置是根据半定量食物频率问卷制定,调查结果利用营养计算软件计算钙摄入量。此外,还对学生的钙消费情况进行分析。结果:女生钙膳食摄入量均值为975.30mg,标准差为367.66,达到钙推荐摄入量的比例为66.9%;男生钙膳食摄入量均值为869.83mg,标准差为469.63,达到钙推荐摄入量的比例为51.9%。性别(P<0.05),喜好饮料(p<0.05),服用钙补充剂(p<0.05)为钙膳食摄入量的影响因素。建议大学生平时多食用乳制品,保证正常合理的饮食习惯,尽量规律的食用三餐,如有必要可适当补充钙制剂。

Abstract:Objective: get a picture of  calcium intake and awareness of calcium related knowledge in Hangzhou Normal University through the investigation of  students' dietary intake. Explore the influence factors that affect college students' intake of calcium so as to put forward  basic information about the nutritional intervention for college students. Methods: this study adopts the method of convenient sampling to pick 390 students in Xiasha and Cangqian campus from Hangzhou Normal University campus to do investigation. and contents can be pided into general situation and self-efficacy of calcium consumption. The self-efficacy of calcium consumption includes four parts: calcium related nutrition knowledge, calcium related consumption habits, personal eating habits and food frequency survey. The question of food frequency survey is based on the semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire, and the calcium intake is calculated by using the nutritional calculation software. In addition, the self-efficacy of students' calcium consumption was also analyzed. Results: the mean value of female calcium intake was 975.30, the standard deviation was 367.66, and the proportion that reach the recommended intake was 66.9%. The average dietary intake of male students was 869.83, the standard deviation was 469.63, and the proportion that reach calcium recommended intake was 51.9%. Gender (P<0.05), preference for beverage (P<0.05), taking calcium supplement (P<0.05) are influence factor of dietary intake of calcium. It is recommended that college students should eat more dairy products and seafood like shrimp , ensure regular and reasonable eating habits, and eat calcium supplements if necessary.
