摘要：随着当代社会人们对于石油的需求量不断增加，当代社会一个不可避免的问题就是石油之间的供需问题。这些年以来，伴随着我国许多企业实施走出去战略，我国石油企业的海外投资规模也不断扩大，实施跨国经营。同时也在海外投资方面取得了很大的成就。我国石油企业若是想要扩大自身的规模，开拓海外投资的经营渠道，会难免触动其他国家的经济利益，我石油企业海外投资就会一定程度上受到阻碍，石油公司在海外市场进行投资的风险便会增高。首先，因为投资是在海外市场，该国的文化、政治、经济等都和本国大有不同，因此具有跨文化和政治经济风险；当前的世界环境中竞争激烈、战局动荡，资产的安全性很难得到保障；不稳定的政局以及因石油和油气资源导致一些战争也会影响我国石油企业在海外市场的投资；国际经济市场多变，时刻变化的汇率以及在海外投资过程中石油的运输问题等都会对开拓海外市场造成影响。因此，针对这些风险，必须制定出一套相对应的应对措施：提前进行政治，文化和汇率的评估，制定出安全的石油运输线路，对当地的项目人员进行全方面的培养，参与当地的经济建设。必要时，可进行谈判获取法律支持。关于中国石油企业海外投资风险及对策的相关研究也会与日俱增，并且更深、更广。本文探讨了我国石油企业海外投资现状，并且在此基础上提出了：中国石油企业在海外市场进行投资所面临的一系列风险，以及与之相对应的对策分析。
