在实习调研和查阅相关设计资料的基础上,综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、建筑造型、结构型式、施工技术等问题,合理安排建筑物内部的使用空间,协调好各种使用功能的要求,满足建筑物不同部位和细部的构造方式,做出合理可行的建筑设计方案和建筑施工图。
结构部分:进行结构体系的选择、结构布置方案设计、楼(屋)盖的配筋计算与设计、代表性框架的内力计算与截面设计、主楼梯设计,基础设计,并绘制结构施工图。
① 结构方案选择:在建筑方案的基础上,结合现行施工技术水平,确定框架结构的承重方案,完成结构平面布置,综合考虑梁柱的布置、位置关系,初步估算、确定各种构件的截面尺寸(包括梁、板、柱)。
② 结构计算与设计:运用PKPM专业软件对结构进行建模、计算和设计,在此基础上进行代表性框架的荷载计算(手算)、内力计算(手算)、内力组合(手算)、部分梁柱的截面设计(手算),并与电算结果进行对比分析。
③ 绘制结构施工图。

Abstract:This design is the structural design of the office building of Shanghai Univer, including two parts: Architectural Design and structural design.
Building part:According to the design conditions, requirements and relevant provisions, the building design of the office building is completed, and the construction drawings are drawn by using the software of "Tian Zheng".
On the basis of intern investigation and consulting related design data, it considers the problems of site environment, use function, architectural style, structure type, construction technology and so on. It arranges the use space within the building reasonably, harmonize the requirements of various use functions, meet the structure of the different parts and details of the building, and make the construction of the different parts and details of the building. Structural part:The selection of the structure system, the design of the arrangement of the structure, the calculation and design of the reinforcement of the building (house) cover, the internal force calculation and the cross section design of the representative frame, the design of the main staircase, the basic design, and the drawing of the construction drawings.
(1) structural scheme selection: on the basis of the construction scheme, combining with the current construction technology level, the bearing scheme of the frame structure is determined, the layout of the structure is completed, the layout and position relation of the beams and columns are considered, and the section sizes of various components are estimated and determined preliminarily (including beams, plates and columns).
