摘    要:自从北京奥运会成功举办以来，中国对于大型体育赛事的承办就一直充满热情。人们不断强调大型体育赛事的各种优点，如拉动地方经济增长，提升举办地的国际形象与知名度，促进就业，带动旅游、服务等行业增长等等。但我们需要看到的是，大型体育赛事亦存在投入资金大，回收成本难等弊端。

为了给将要举办的大型体育赛事提供借鉴参考，本文以广州亚运会为例，拟从经济学角度来探讨承办大型体育赛事对地方经济发展的影响。建模分析结果显示大型体育赛事对区域经济影响较大。但不能肯定其对地区经济有益影响。针对这一结论，文章给出了关于相关赛事举办的政策建议，并举出了杭州亚运会如何取得最大经济效益的几点措施。

Abstract:Since the successful hosting of the Beijing Olympic Games, China has always been passionate about hosting large-scale sports events. People continue to emphasize the various advantages of large-scale sports events, such as stimulating local economic growth, enhancing the international image and popularity of the host, promoting employment, and driving the growth of industries such as tourism and services. However, what we need to see is that large-scale sports events also have such drawbacks as large investment costs and difficult recovery costs.

In order to provide reference for the large-scale sports events to be held, this article uses the Guangzhou Asian Games as an example to attempt to see whether the hosting of large-scale sports events is beneficial to the local economy from the perspective of economics. After modeling and analysis, it was finally concluded that in the long run, large-scale sports events have a greater impact on the regional economy, but they cannot be sure of their beneficial effects on regional economies. In response to this conclusion, the article gives policy recommendations on the organization of related events and gives some suggestions on how the Hangzhou Asian Games can achieve the greatest economic benefits.

1.引言

1.1研究背景

中国近些年经济高速发展，文化、政治影响力不断扩大，在国际上的地位越来越高，GDP的创造也随之逐渐走向多元化。其中不容忽视的是体育产业对GDP的推动作用。目前，体育产业以其绿色、环保、提升广大人民的综合素质等特点备受关注。因此越来越多的国家与地区将经济发展的眼光投向了体育产业，举办大型体育赛事就是其手段和途径之一。

大型体育赛事或活动有着几个很显著的特点，如召开时间短，前期准备时间长，投入大，对一个地区的经济、政治、文化能造成极大的影响，并且这种影响将持续较长一段时间。

在中外各种研究中，大家会普遍强调赛事承办的益处。如在赛事的承办过程中，会吸引来大量的人口与外来资金。游客的流入能在短期内大大拉动地方服务、旅游等行业的发展，增加就业岗位；外来资金注入各行各业则将带来巨大的经济效益。同时，举办大型体育赛事有助于提升城市形象，将城市推向更高水平平台的契机。因此，很多地方政府都热衷于举办大型体育赛事，将其作为促进经济建设与城市建设的一种手段。
