摘  要

目前企业详细的业务流程中运用的手动操作形式的进程，工夫花的比较多并且效率还不高，特别地还不能达到理想的效果。所以针对这一点我做了这个企业进销存管理系统。在本系统中，我根据企业的特征点，采用MyElipse开发工具，以MySQL作为后台数据库，专门设计了这个管理软件，它有集、销、存、购、销等特点，适用于企业库存管理。具体的功能有：商品信息，进货单，销售单基本资料信息的管理以及对库存情况的分析和最后盈利情况的分析。

在这个设计过程中，考虑到要满足每一个使用这个系统的人的需求，因此这个系统必须具有实用性，同时它的功能需要比较全面，界面要保证简洁，操作起来让人感觉到便捷。

Enterprise Invoicing Management System

Abstract

   At present, the process of manual operation in enterprise's detailed business process need take more time and the efficiency is not high. Especially, it can not achieve the desired effect. So for this point I did this enterprise Invoicing management system. In this system, according to the characteristics of the enterprise, I use MyElipse development tools and use MySQL as a background database to design the management software, it has set, sales, storage, purchase, sales and other characteristics, for enterprise inventory management. It’s specific functions are: commodity information, purchase orders, sales of basic information and information management and inventory analysis of the situation and the final analysis of profitability.

   In this design process, taking into account the needs of each person to use this system, so the system must be practical, and its function needs to be more comprehensive, It’s interface needs to ensure concise and operation makes people feel convenient.

1 绪论

   日益成熟的的计算机科学技术，在计算机运用的深入中具有很非常大的作用。用计算机来对企业的各方面管理操作所具备的优点，手动操作是完全不具备的。这些长处能够极大地进步企业的推销效率和库存管理。综上，许多企业曾经试行了这种库存管理系统，这是企业不能缺少的重要东西。企业的进货和销售库存管理系统能够让用户简化操作，同时，也能处理使用传统人工的形式管理企业中低效率的缺点，例如任务繁琐并且效率低下。随着时间的一点点流逝，文件和数据将会变得愈来愈多，而且都是要查找、更新和维护，这些操作都让计算机技术的极速开展更加困难。企业管理工作不行或缺的一部分是企业进销存管理系统，这是顺应当代企业的要求，而且也是企业进货销售库存管理规范化的重要要求。
