摘    要:我国是一个农业大国，自2015年李克强提出了“互联网+”的战略思想，各个行业纷纷开始与互联网融合，许多农产品资源丰富的贫困地区也将电子商务作为精准扶贫的重要手段。农产品物流在国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位，尤其是对于农产品资源丰富的贫困县的经济发展而言。发展农产品物流是加快发展现代农业，促进贫困县农村经济发展，加快全州脱贫攻坚步伐的重要途径。本课题研究互联网环境下农产品的仓储物流，分析以四川凉山为代表的农产品资源丰富，然而极其落后的地区的农产品电子商务化的发展，探讨出其仓储物流的优化途径，建立类似贫困地区的仓储物流优化模型，以实现物流基础设施的建设优化，促进电商发展，对于实现电商精准扶贫具有重要的研究意义。

本文共分为五章，具体的篇章布局如下：第一章为绪论，主要包括研究背景，目前大凉山电商发展在仓储物流上遇到的问题及此问题的研究意义；第二章则简明介绍本文的主要研究内容和研究方法；第三章为概念界定和理论基础，主要涵盖了电子商务的概念，农村电子商务两个概念的区别，并从贫困县的具体情况出发进行具体的阐述；第四章为四川凉山电商环境下仓储物流的现状与面对的主要困难，并提出了几大制约问题。第五章从两个大的层面来提出促进四川凉山仓储物流发展的对策及建议；第六章为结论，在总结全文的基础上，理出了全文结论。

The logistics of agricultural products plays a decisive role in the development of national economy, especially for the economic development of the poverty-stricken counties with abundant agricultural products. Developing agricultural products logistics is an important way to speed up the development of modern agriculture, promote the development of rural economy in poverty-stricken counties and quicken the pace of tackling poverty in the whole state. This topic studies the storage and logistics of agricultural products under the Internet environment, and analyzes the optimization approach of the warehouse logistics, which is based on the development of the agricultural products, which is rich in agricultural products, which is the representative of Sichuan Liangshan, which is extremely backward.
