摘要：为缓解横峰县区域内交通拥挤状况，完善城市道路网络以及繁荣城市经济，提升城市品位，横峰县建设局对205省道横峰城区段、迎宾大道、人民大道进行改造，对站前路进行整体建设，改善横峰县城南城北区道路基础建设水平，提高城市综合功能。本文以横峰县人民大道等城市道路改造项目为例，对其环境现状进行了监测，分析和研究了城市道路改造过程中对项目周围的水、大气、固废、声的影响，并进行了现状调查和环境影响预测。并在最后提出了道路施工以及运营期间的防治措施将工程建设对环境的影响最小化。

Abstract：In order to alleviate the traffic congestion situation in Hengfeng County, improve the city road network and the economic prosperity of the city, improve the city grade, Hengfeng County Construction Bureau for the transformation of the 205 provincial highway section in Hengfeng City People's road, Yingbin Avenue, and the overall construction of Station Road, Hengfeng Road North Nancheng county to improve infrastructure, improve the city's comprehensive function. 横峰县城市道路改造项目

引言 近年来横峰县经济发展迅速，但目前城市基建水平薄弱，中心城区应具有的管理、运输、交通等功能不足，建立与区域中心城市相匹配的各项城市软硬件设施已迫在眉睫。本文通过对横峰县中心城区道路改造项目进行分析、预测和评估，提出预防或者减轻不良环境影响的对策和措施，进行跟踪监测达到项目实施与环境保护相容。
