随着电子商务和物流配送服务的发展,企业仓配模式的选择需要在衡量企业投入成本和响应速度的同时,考虑商品的性质和消费群体分布。
摘 要: 随着经济社会与电子商务的飞速发展,传统的仓储管理和配送服务模式早已无力支撑起庞大的城市物流需求,开始向现代物流仓储配送模式转变。物流成本和物流服务质量已然成为影响企业效益和企业竞争优势的重要因素,尤其是在当今经济全球化的大趋势下,降低物流成本、提升物流服务质量显得更加迫切。仓储配送环节是物流中的重要一环,目前相关学术界已经就仓储配送的模式有了广泛地研究。但当前社会,随着大数据、物联网等信息化技术的广泛应用,以及新兴仓储配送模式的提出,这些新技术新模式对更好地优化仓储配送服务提供了契机。
基于这样的背景,本文在城市末端配送的基础上,从理论和实证两方面入手,探究B2C电子商务下面向消费者的仓储配送模式结合案例分析,并建立定性模型,为电商企业制定合理高效的仓储配送物流方案提供参考,进而帮助企业提高物流服务质量和企业的竞争优势。
Abstract:With the rapid development of economic society and e-commerce, the traditional storage management and distribution service model has long been unable to support the huge city logistics demand, and began to shift to a modern logistics and warehousing distribution model. The cost of logistics and the quality of logistics services have become an important factor affecting the efficiency of enterprises and their competitive advantages. Especially under the current trend of economic globalization, it is more urgent to reduce logistics costs and improve the quality of logistics services. Warehousing and distribution links are an important part of logistics. At present, the relevant academic circles have extensively studied the model of warehousing and distribution. However, in the current society, with the wide application of big data, Internet of Things and other informatization technologies, and the introduction of emerging warehousing and distribution models, these new technologies and new models provide opportunities for better optimization of warehousing and distribution services.
Based on this background, based on the city's end distribution, this article starts from the theoretical and empirical aspects. It explores the warehousing and distribution mode of consumers following B2C e-commerce and combines case studies, and establishes a qualitative model to formulate a reasonable and efficient e-commerce business. The warehousing and distribution logistics program provides a reference to help companies improve the quality of their logistics services and their competitive advantages.
